SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
SAP Security and Authorizations Management
 Managed User Authorizations and roles for users, both new and existing at the City of Cape Town and Massmart. Audited the segregation of duties proactively as well as the ST22 error dump report daily, to ensure that all issues are picked up and resolved earlier. I was involved in communicating authorization issues to departments, letting them know of their responsibilities as well when it comes to sap security and authorizations. Systems maintained includes; Includes SAP ECC, SAP HCM, SAP CRM, SAP GRC, SAP PM, SAP EWM, SAP Netweaver Portal and SAP BW. I was extensively involved in Managing MSS and ESS Portal access.

Obtaining Business Requirements
 Identified and documented business processes and process flows on new and enhancement system projects and each of the process flows on 15 new system projects, focusing mainly on SAP Security, Authorizations and GRC, worth R45 million between 2013-2022 and 20 enhancement projects worth R20 million. The biggest project being the Housing Estate Automation project at the City of Cape Town, which ran from 2019-2022 which was worth R15 Million, it involved converting/digitizing manual municipality housing estate manual processes into the SAP Real Estate system. So there was a great need of authorizations management. This resulted in clients’ happiness index going up from 44% to 92% after the implementation of the new Automated Process in March 2022.
Finding Solutions for Business Requirements and Training users on new system functionality  Participated in enhancing, maintaining, supporting existing functionality and training users on new systems using The ANCILE uPerform Express application; which is a content development and delivery tool designed to enable authors to create documents, simulations, and eLearning courses. The uPerform Express recording functionality allows authors to capture screens, buttons, fields, and other data as the author completes a task. Via one automated recording session, uPerform Express creates a dual-function, single-source document that is both a step-by-step procedural document and an interactive simulation.

Implementing Projects and Managing Stakeholder Relationships
 Analysed and conducted basic project management tasks e.g. Blueprint Documentation, Process Flow diagrams.
 Participated in defining interrelated tasks required to deliver the project objectives and developed weekly progress reports for projects.  Led communication efforts between stakeholders spread across different departments and directorates, and worked toward creating a comprehensive business and functional documentation process.

Processes and Procedures Compliance Auditing
 Spearheaded, Developed and implemented 150 processes and procedures policy documents for all departments at Massbuild: Administration, Inbound, Outbound, Picking, Inventory Control, Packing, Quality Control, Exports, Yard and Gate which resulted in a cost reduction of 68%.
 Identified Risky areas at the organization, and implemented internal controls that resulted in closing of loopholes that were causing stock loss worth R3 million in the year 2019.
Workshop Facilitation, Report Writing and Presentation Skills
 Organized and managed invitations to audit feedback, process presentation and business analysis workshops.
 Generated and presented Auditing reports as well as Business Processes diagrams, processes flows and TO-BE processes (Required system changes).
 Generated and presented new internal controls to stakeholders as well as motivation as to why there would be need for enhances controls.
Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Quality Management System
 Led a team of 25 Quality Auditors at the Massbuild Regional Distribution Centres in the 3 provinces of Gauteng, Kwazulu-Natal and Western Cape in South Africa, who were responsible for checking completeness, quality standards of goods, processes and procedure audits of loads leaving the Regional Distribution Centres going to the rest of the country as well as Export Loads. The team was responsible to ensure quality of goods worth R5 million in each RDC Daily. This caused a reduction of returned defect goods by 80% in the first 3 months QA Team Implementation in 2019.
 Prepared and implemented quality assurance policies and procedures for the 3 Massbuild Regional Distribution Centres in the 3 provinces.
