Im a young enthusiastic IT Support and Operations Manager, i have a positive outlook on life, strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills, I'm seeking ad opportunity to contribute positively and add value but also to stretch my abilities, learn and grow even more. I cope well under pressure and i am teachable, posses the adaptability to change and new technologies.

I have over 13 years of IT Experience across the Medical, Financial Services and Manufacturing industries, i have a wide range of experience in Networking, Printer, Windows Server environments (both on premise and datacenter hosted) i have been exposed to Dell SonicWall, Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls,  I have a good understanding and experience with Unify Networking equipment including AP's Switches and Firewalls, i have years of Active Directory, exchange as well as Microsoft 365 administration experience. VoIP and PABX systems, Video conferencing, Fibre networks, project management and third party vendors and SLA management are some of the day-to-day activities that i easily manage.

I have an IT Diploma obtained in 2012 at the University of Johannesburg, some certifications including; Microsoft MCP, N+, ITIL V4 and i am currently studying at an IT Systems Developer (big data analytics) at AIE.
