I was excited to find thi job posting.

During my time at Startek and Quantanite, I serviced customers with different personalities.

Here, I refined my skills by carrying out excellent customer service through verbal and written communication which I enjoyed since I am passionate about helping people in general.

I am good in listening attentively, working with zendesk, soft skills to make sure the customer feels valued by not just myself but by the company itself.   

I am good in recognizing a dissatisfied customer, check options on how to resolve the dissatisfaction on the call or take further steps should there be a need to do so. Multi tasking,personalize my calls with customers, emphasize,assurance.

My experience is 6-7 years and believe in quality instead of quantity.


 

Experience

 

I started working BRITISH GAS UK based campaign at AEGIS/STARTEK company as a customer service representative for two years. We assisted with gas , electric meters and booking engineers to attend to any meter faults that may have occurred at the property. Worked for two years.

Worked for TUI SERVICES UK based campaign at AEGIS/STARTEK company as a customer service representative for a year and two months. We assisted with flights, accommodation and cruise ship bookings. Ammended flight seats,checked availability according to age and vulnerabilities. Placed special requests for customers at a hotel, BnB,cabin crew and flight. Became a smee for new higher due to my customer service feedback (C-SET).

Worked for PLC UK based campaign at AEGIS/STARTEK company as a customer service representative for three years. We assisted with providing finance to customers to pay for insurance premiums, school fees, membership fees, season tickets and personal insurance. Changed debit dates,card details,change of personal information. I was given an opportunity to be a complaints handler and undergo a I LEARN TO GROW program.

Worked for HMBRADLEY US based campaign at Quantanite company as a customer service representative for one year 3 months. We assisted with customer's interest rates, direct deposits, ACH transfers, change of personal information,credit and deposit accounts, card replacements,statements, tax documents, voided checks,filling complaints, filling disputes,working with zendesk. Sending emails,dealing with incoming calls and making call backs. Communicating with customer's on a live chat.
