I am passionate about all things IT and I love solving problems and assisting people in this way.

I have experience  with both software and hardware support in IT and I have an insatiable curiosity that makes me a tireless learner.

Experience

I have a year’s experience doing hardware repair ( HHTs and label printers), 1st line Helpdesk support, 2nd line remote software support, and doing marketing research. I think this has made me a very versatile professional because I’m willing to learn everything.

Education

I studied computer sciences at Pearson Institute of Higher Education ,  but unfortunately couldn’t finish my degree.

I also recently got my NQF Level 4 certification in IT Technical Support.
