As a driven and customer service-oriented individual, I have experience as a passenger service agent. I act as a ground host making sure I am highly visible and helpful to the public. I aid related customer services at the ticket counter, gate and baggage areas, encores of the airline the serve.

Duties include servicing customers by performing meet and greets, check in, aircraft boarding, ticketing, baggage service, making boarding, deplaning and public announcements, providing connecting flight information and direction assistance, handling unruly, upset or angry passengers. My ability also includes working shifts including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. I have computer skills which is very helpful and part of my job daily.

I am equipped with exceptional customer service and skills. I am confident in my ability to efficiently integrate into your establishment with many hands-on exposures to the customer service industry. My interest is always inclined towards helping my customer to feel valued all the time.
