I consistently report on key metrics, automate routine tasks, and review internal controls, using these insights to evaluate and improve credit policy effectiveness, help the team operate efficiently, reduce risk, and support the company’s financial goals. 

My approach to restructuring the Accounts Receivable (AR) process is methodical and results-driven: assessment of the current state, then addressing urgent issues to “stop the bleeding,” and build foundational knowledge, followed by the creation of structure and automated manual tasks to prevent future backlogs. Lastly, the implementation of the new structure, measured results, and training of the team to ensure consistent adoption. The shift from reactive to proactive AR management improves cash flow, reduces Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and establishes clear, consistent workflows that enhanced both efficiency and accountability across the team.
