 Sample collection around the plant, conducting metallurgical test works, measure and prepare samples for testing.
 Conducting month end inventory. 
 Assisting the plant metallurgist with research, to solve production bottlenecks in the plant. 
 Compiling daily, weekly and monthly test work reports. 
 Conducting process research test works for process optimization and other project work as 
required by metallurgists.
 Put materials through test procedures, often using complex equipment, under the direction
of metallurgists and other professionals.
 Supervising the metallurgical laboratory section and making sure that all the instructions 
and work from the plant metallurgist is done properly.
 Ensuring compliance to safety, health and environmental practices so as to reduce 
occupational incident

Honors degree in metallurgical engineering. Awarded a prize in the best graduating student in metallurgical engineering design project.
