Been in sales since September 2021. Did internal sales for The GRC Group for 2 years. Resigned and started at Technisales. Handling all invoice and credit note paperwork and queries with accounts. Updating clients, suppliers and manager of job progress, stock enquiries. Helping hand in stock taking and stock enquiries. Craeting purchase orders and arranging couriers. Operating system used was datatim.

Countersales, inbound calls and emails. Cold calling potential clients. Potential client researching and tracking. Ordering parts for clients. Creating purchase orders, booking couriers. Operating system pastel.
