Been in sales since September 2021. Did internal sales for The GRC Group for 2 years. Resigned and started at Technisales. Being thrown into a fast past environment where being a quick learner was golden. Conquered my environment. Always striving for acknowledgement as this is what adds fuel to my drive and resolve. Internal sales rep at Gearbox repair Centre.

Counter sales. Inbound calls and emails. Delegated between these and managed workshop sales. Ordering of parts for clients and parts needed for jobs. Handling all invoice and credit note paperwork and queries with accounts. Updating clients, suppliers and manager of job progress, stock enquiries. Helping hand in stock taking and stock enquiries. Craeting purchase orders and arranging couriers. Operating system used was datatim.

Countersales, inbound calls and emails. Cold calling potential clients. Potential client researching and tracking. Ordering parts for clients. Creating purchase orders, booking couriers. Operating system pastel.
