About Robyn Hillebrand:
I am honest and am considered to be approachable.. I have good people skills and am very service orientated. Though flexible and able to reprioritize tasks based on urgency, I like order and find ways to be more efficient in task management. My attention to detail and analysing skills help to achieve this.
I am diplomatic and therefore often called on to resolve delicate situations with clients.
I enjoy helping others and acting as a facilitator to help my clients and colleagues finding solutions to their needs. Connecting and networking with other stakeholders in the industry helps to achieve this.
I consider excellence to be my mantra when working towards client satisfaction. I am respectful towards others and enjoy being part of a team and do my best to add to unity and a collegiate atmosphere in the workplace.

I have had 20 years of administrative experience. This included
- Financial administration (budget control, procurement, salaries, petty cash, inventory management),
- Event planning and management
- Training and presentations
- staff supervision
In the past 10 years I have been involved in sales and marketing & management.
- products sales and orders co-ordination ( entire sales pipeline)
- Product education and training ( clients and staff)
- Communications (including social media)
- Customer relations and problem solving
- Office supplies procurement & management
- Guidance of staff and reps in customer care
- Networking and connection clients with useful contacts in the industry.
Education
I have a BSc and Higher Diploma in Education.
Though I haven't officially used these qualifications, they have helped me in my working career in the following ways:
