• Knowledge of and staying updated with the POPI Act, Basic Conditions of Employment, CCMA and Consumer Protection Act.
Financial Management:
• Managing financial performance within the region.
• Analyzing financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
Market Analysis:
• Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the region.
• Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide regular updates on regional performance and initiatives.
Training and Development:
• Identifying training needs and implementing development programs for store teams.
• Staying informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
