I  started at McCarthy VW in Menlyn as a ROOKIE in April 2008 , in my 10 Years with them I have received the Blue train awards 6 times 
Top 10 I was nominated 8 times and won 8 titles and Plenty more 

I then transferred to the McCarthy pre owned side in PTA as well which I worked for 2 years and then moved to Wonderboom and I have been here since , However I really need to make a Change in my life and Would really appreciate as I am more Than ready for a Challenge again 
It Feels like I am Stagnating in 1 place , In my time here I was awarded again 2nd Place in top 10 ( 2020 ) last year 4th and this year 11th place in the country 
Currently : 

I am Running ( by myself ) CRM , MASTERCAR Facebook ( Wonderboom ) on 33 000 Followers , Auto Trader + Auto Mart + Carfind and Working Closely to BEN Owens at the Call Centre handling the Global Adverts etc  ?
I am Buying Stock Together with my manager for almost close to 3 years now , and Selling an Average of 9.5 down this year to about 7.4 and I am Reporting all MASTERCARS electronically via VW Portal to the OEM , Monthly 

My Mastercar page on Facebook ( Owned by me )  and Instagram and Tiktok managed by IX and myself generates between 250- 370 leads PER MONTH 

I am DEFINATLY not a guy that is sitting around , I get things DONE !

I just thought that this introduction is much better than a CV and I am exceptionally good with all electronic media , Microsoft and all systems 

Selling cars is all about Self Control , Self management , time management , PLANNING and being able to think FAST and CLEAR , Having a Positive energy and LEADING by Example

Clients are King ( or MAKE THEM   believe so ) at least 

And A sales Manager’s MAIN responsibility is PROFIT and the SALES team’s responsibility are to move Volumes , not the other way around ,in SHORT that is my believes in the Industry

If all the ABOVE is in place ANYONE , CAN sell anything !
