Rifumu Mabasa

I am Rifumu Mabasa , an enthusiastic and driven Civil Engineering graduate with an Honours degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. I am currently looking to secure a Graduate/ Junior Civil Engineer position to leverage my civil engineering skills that compliments the theoretical nature of engineering and management curriculum by giving an insight into the practical application of the theory in the industry.

I have been assisting and contributing to updating a myriad of documents used for civil and structural engineering services. I have been performing numerous aspects of engineering activities such as research under supervision. Major spheres that I have been exposed to so far include , engineering planning, designing and analysis using first hand principles and relevant software, site condition assessments & inspections, and writing reports (Investigation reports, Status Quo reports, Preliminary and Detailed Design reports). Creating Project Execution Plans to assist in meeting the deliverables and milestones of the projects as per specifications.
