Prior to this, as an Area Manager at Gorima’s Culinary Infusion, I successfully managed multiple store locations, optimized store operations, and spearheaded sales growth strategies. My experience extends beyond traditional retail, having also worked as a General Manager at Lands End Farm, where I implemented innovative strategies to transform the family farm into a sustainable business. These roles have honed my skills in financial analysis, staff development, inventory management, and customer service.

3. General Manager at Lands End Farm: Transformed the family farm into a sustainable enterprise with a focus on organic fruit, vegetables, and diversified livestock. Managed employees, sales partnerships, and daily farming activities.
4. Dispatch and Receiving Manager at Panbake Bakery: Managed delivery routes and employees, implemented a crate reconciliation system to reduce losses, and handled raw material receiving and stock tracking.
5. Store manager at Renken’s Super Spar: Overall running of main store and bottle store overseeing more than 80 staff members, promotions and merchandising, financial analysis and reporting. Opened a catering arm in the business that worked with local municipalities and private events catering for more than 1500 people at a time.
