I am highly dedicated IT Support professional, I have a good amount of experience in providing excellent desktop and IT support to the organization’s clients. I have been maintaining PCs and laptops, configuring IT hardware, determining and troubleshooting IT-related issues, and offering unparalleled support to remotely working employees. ●Assisting the Senior IT technician with providing an internal information systems and technology support services to Campus’ departments; and Ensuring WAN, LAN, WLAN and Infrastructure is in good condition. 

● Ensuring that all the databases of the College are backed up and tested successfully. 

● Identifying the hardware, software, and networking system-related issues and resolve them. 

●Carrying hardware repair for devices that are not covered by a vendor maintenance program and providing first-level technical support to the end-users. 

● Assisting the Senior IT Technician by ensuring that daily systems back-up are made and information technology and systems needs are adequately addressed.

 ●Maintaining server and computer networks including mainframes, VPN, routers and other physical hardware and also creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communication protected. 

● Installing and configuring network equipment, and maintaining telephone services. 

●Working closely with the senior administrator for resolving complex issues and ensuring compliance of the activities with the IT department policies and strategies.
