I was always fascinated by the hospitality industry and as the years went by, I became keenly interested in Operations. My learning and interest in Operations has helped me grow and I have been lucky to have got opportunity in my previous stint to handle operations during critical times. The hospitality industry offers so many learning opportunities and it's important to keep learning at each stage.
I loved interacting with new people, what better place than the hospitality industry. Though I always had an interest in the Front Office. Throughout the years exploring and growing within the hospitality industry, I got exposed to HR and realized that this was needed to become a great Leader.
Having worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. From managing a diverse team to ensuring seamless operations, I thrive in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are paramount. I enjoy meeting with customers and assisting people in finding exactly what they need. In the past, these talents have contributed to my success in customer service and team management, where I've made contributions that resulted in new approaches to customer success training and development.
I feel that my exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, communication and leadership abilities can be valuable to your company.
