I am seeking for an IT Desktop Support Engineer vacant position in the field aligned with my qualifications 
and trainings. I have completed a qualification in Information Technology & Computer Science. I am also 
in possession of certificates in Cloud Computing, System Support NQF Level 5, HCIA – Routing & 
Switching, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associates, Microsoft Certified Professional and CompTIA A+.
My objective is to make a meaningful and effective contribution to the company that employs me. I 
believe that I have the necessary traits to fit and succeed in any environment. I am a self-motivated, 
honest, smart working and able to tackle new challenges. 

I possess advanced knowledge of computer systems, Operating systems, software applications, remote 
connection systems, with ability to solve complex hardware and software issues, I have the ability to travel 
and work after hours when necessary. A solution-oriented and highly knowledgeable Operations and IT 
specialist with over 3 years of experience within the telecommunications industry, offering advanced skills 
to provide support to help desk personnel and technicians. I have confidence in a job opportunity that is 
all about contribution; not only to the company, but to the country as a whole.
