Skills include an ability to work autonomously, without the need for being micro managed, showing confidence in ones abilities and the individual thinking and decision making as this allows
“directors/partners” to focus on other pressing matters with the reassurance that work is being done.
The above is further expanded on through the ability to fill in the
"gaps" and foresee any future or probable problems, this allows for problems to be dealt with before they occur.
Further one has a willingness to assist where required in order to ensure deadlines are met, showing that one is able to contribute and is driven toward team goals.
Other abilities include being able to introduce new systems to inspire growth, in order to improve the workforce and hence raise the overall
standard of work and the efficiency raising the overall office standard.
