“At EGPAF,in December 2021 until October 2024 I worked as clinical data clerk, responsible for managing patient records, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting HIV/AIDS program reporting. I collaborated with clinical teams to improve data collection and reporting processes, which strengthened program monitoring and helped improve patient outcomes.

I have obtained BSc in Health Information Management from Botho University in Lesotho and later evaluate my Degree certificate with South African Qualification Authority.
