I am committed and compassionate professional with vast experience working with various types of people in different types of set up. Highly knowledgeable, experienced professional interested in a career as an Educator, Psychological Support worker. Excellent foundation in program management, personal management, counselling youth and working with youth, teaching and counselling them.

I would describe myself as someone who is passionate about teaching,hardworking and always eager to learn. Iwould like to put these characteristics to use within your organisation. My experience a s a StudentTeacher and as aSubstitute Teacher for Life Orientation and Creative Arts at Meridian Cosmo City High School has provided me with the expertise to be able to make a valuable contribution to your school in the position of a Life Orientation Teacher.
During my practical experience as a Student Teacher and a Substitute I have implemented lesson plans for both Life Orientation FET and Senior Phase.
Managed classroom of 30+ students independently using positive behaviour management strategies.

• Incorporated the practical use of technology in my lesson and classroom activities.
• Taking attendance and documenting daily notes.
• Adhering to the curriculum and lesson plans assigned by the regular teacher.

I graduated in April at the University of Witwatersrand for my Postgraduate Certificate Education in Senior Phase and Further Education And Training Teaching, I major with Life Orientation both Senior Phase and FET Phase. Earlier this year I got an opportunity to stand in for a teach who was on leave for a month, I was assigned as a substitute teacher for Life Orientation and Creative Arts for grade 8 and 9 learners.
