Three years as a sales person in a Call Centre environment, three years as a quality assurer within this industry, seven years in construction industry as store/purchasing manager and presently for the past Twelve years doing IT Support with an insurance firm. Within these years I have learnt the value of great service delivery, customer satisfaction, professionalism, excellent service delivery and best quality service. One of my main functions as a Help Desk Support Technician has been to render quality technical support to all the staff of the company and also our respective branches, achieving optimum result.  My vast troubleshooting skills and experienced with windows operating system, networking and ability to resolve problem within the shortest time frame has help to uphold our formidable IT team.

• Store Manager: 5 years of experience in managing daily operations, providing customer service, and overseeing a team of employees. Skilled in sales and inventory management, as well as implementing new processes and procedures to improve store performance.
• Farm Assistant Manager: 2 years of experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a farm, including overseeing workers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that crops are properly tended to. Knowledgeable in agriculture practices and able to manage the production process from planting to harvesting.
