Implemented changes to manufacturing processes which improved inventory control, which in turn allowed for more accurate purchasing forecasts.

Negotiated basket deals with suppliers which led to more broader savings especially on the cost avoidance side.

Skilled and result driven professional in procurement management, with over 12 years extensive purchasing and procurement experience. 10 years of which were in an FMCG environment.  Strongly self-motivated professional, with excellent communication & negotiation skills.  I have a proven track record managing the purchasing process, maintaining relationships and improving team dynamics. I am a result – orientated and self-driven person adept in processing purchase orders, evaluating procurement requirements & needs and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
