About Rashni Andhee-Shah :
With over 15 years of professional work experience, I am a seasoned operational and facilities manager who is capable of easily adapting to changing environments. I have a keen aptitude for building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance professional goals. A dynamic, organized, and accomplished professional with repeated success in implementation of strategic objectives within property management. I am extremely motivated and welcome any challenges that I may encounter.
I am a professional and experienced communicator and adapt easily to the diversity of people I meet, both in the working and social environments. What I lack in experience I more than make up for in drive and enthusiasm. I am always willing to attempt new tasks and gain knowledge from my peers and past experiences.
I am currently looking to broaden my career horizons beyond the property environment in the hope to increase my experience and exposure.
Experience
I had started my career as a receptionist and worked my way up the ladder to management level.
I have experience in sales and Marketing, a bit of quality control, information technology ( the project management side of it), investor relations and estate management. In estate management I have utilized all of the skills that I have gained through my years in the corporate environment.
Starting my career from the basics has assisted me greatly in understanding and identifying with the different areas of business.
Education
All of my education has been relevant. The business management course with GIBS has assisted my greatly with problem solving techniques and with ways to approach different scenarios in business.
The administration degree assisted me with financial aspects of business amongst others. So I would say all of my education be it formal or through experience has been relevant.
