I have recently worked as an Outbound Call Center Sales Agent at Market SA, Braamfontein, Gauteng since February 2023, where my duties involved making outbound calls to private banking clients from a database and offering them various financial products. Prior to this role, I worked as a Floor Assistant at Agri Mark in Bredasdorp, Western Cape from July 2014 to September 2020. During this time, my responsibilities included providing customer assistance and support with various tasks such as product advice, quotations, orders placements and receiving/re-stocking of materials or products. Between November 2008 and June 2012 I served with the Dept. Transport and Public Works in Bredasdorp working specifically within their Regional Women In Construction department where I provided administrative support which entailed maintaining contractor databases while also coordinating information flows both internally and externally between Districts & Municipalities up-to-Cape-Town-Headquarters, organized logistical arrangements for training workshops whilst managing schedules/calendar activities & submitting reports on progress made.
I also held a position affiliated with the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) at their branch in Bredasdorp serving over an 6 month period. I have also worked as a Dishwasher/Assistant Chef at Nostra Restaurant in Struisbaai, Cape Agulhas for the month of December 2009 where I washed dishes and kitchen utensils while also preparing food and salads. From March to July 2007, I served as a Data Capturer at Standard Bank in Johannesburg, Gauteng. In this position, my main tasks were processing and capturing application forms for the vehicle and asset financing division while acting as a liaison between clients and dealers. Between October 2004 and October 2005, I worked as a Cost Clerk at Amalgamated Appliances (Tedelex) in Johannesburg,Gauteng. My duties included capturing claims data onto their system so that it could be processed by claims clerks while also printing invoices and communicating with shop representatives. I've also held positions such as Waiter at 24hr Wimpy located in Potchefstroom, North West where from February to August of 2004 took orders from customers before serving meals & drinks & from July to November of that same year I briefly worked as dishwashers At Ommi Hoek Restaurant based out of the aforementioned city during which time provided assistance with dish-washing whilst making hot/cold drinks when necessary. I  have also held the following positions: At Nostra Restaurant in Struisbaai, Cape Agulhas from December 2009 to December 2009 as a Dishwasher/Assistant Chef, At Standard Bank in Johannesburg, Gauteng from March 2007 to July 2007 as a Data Capturer, At Amalgamated Appliances (Tedelex) in Johannesburg,Gauteng from October 2004 to October 2005 as Cost Clerk,  As a Waiter at the Potchefstroom-based 24hr Wimpy restaurant from February to August of 2004, also lastly providing assistance with dishwashing whilst making hot/cold drinks at Ommi Hoek Restaurant in Potchefstroom between July and November of that same year.
