With over 18 years in the call centre industry fulfilling various roles such as Customer Service Agent - Team Leader - Product Trainer - Development Coach - Business Unit Trainer - Customer Service Manager - Training Officer, I am a dedicated, highly motivated and confident individual. I have gained immense experience and through my various roles I have been exposed to different aspects in the call centre sector. My formal training, hands-on experience and good detail ability, have proven that I am competent to ensure that all work delivered is efficient and delivered within agreed timeframes. My vast experience gained makes me a valuable team member, but I am also able to work independently. I offer loyalty, reliability and flexibility, professionalism as well as a diverse skill set.
