I am a highly confident and seasoned HRBP/ Talent Acquisition Specialist with 15 years experience in Retail, Finance, IT and  telecoms Networking Recruitment in various industries. I focused  on senior to executive levels both national and International, both from am agency and internal perspective I specialise in Talent Acquisition, stakeholder management, building new relationships, building talent maps, competitor analysis, HR consulting, business strategy, business partnering and implementation and project management of HR strategies to streamline processes, I am extremely passionate about working with people and achieving Results. 

I believe my experience and understanding of the HR Retail industry and external / internal Recruitment agency experience has given me the ability to present competitor analysis  on various levels to the  organisation to  plan and strategize ahead, be it HR projects, recruitment agency cost savings, I achieved  high financial gains.  I present mainly on research and analysis  it is one of my key skills hence communicating information is factual, showing composure, performance deliver, customer service Initiate and achieving results, building  and using key relationships to make the change due to everything evolving.
