I am an organised, people-focused graduate with a Master’s in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and a genuine interest in building a career in HR. I enjoy structured, process-driven work and take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented and calm under pressure. I am motivated to learn, grow and gain practical exposure to the full employee lifecycle while contributing positively to the team around me.

currently work as an Enrolment Specialist in a high-volume, client-facing environment, where I manage applicant pipelines, coordinate stakeholder communication, maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance using CRM systems. This role has strengthened my organisational discipline, attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Alongside my professional role, I have recently completed my Master’s in Industrial & Organisational Psychology, which provided strong theoretical grounding in the employee lifecycle, organisational behaviour and people systems. I am now intentionally transitioning into HR to build practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, compliance and employee processes.

I recently completed my Master’s in Industrial & Organisational Psychology at the University of Cape Town, with a focus on employee experience, organisational systems and the employee lifecycle. My studies provided strong grounding in organisational behaviour, performance management, engagement, research methodology and HR-related principles. I also hold a BA and Honours degree in Psychology, which developed my understanding of human behaviour, ethics and workplace dynamics.
