My name is Dorothy Pulane Parkies I  live in Boksburg I have a National Diploma in electrical engineering and N5 Electrical engineering. I am looking for an Electrical technician position. I am currently a Senior Electronic technician at AECE. 

I am currently with AECE mining as a Senior Electronic technician for blasting and explosives systems for the past 8 months. I was with Lodox systems for the 6 years. My responsibilities were assembling, testing, and commissioning the X-ray machines that lodox Systems manufactures. My daily duties are to Install and configure software and PC’s,PCB, PLC’s modules  and drive modules, Configure and calibrate the High voltage Sedecal generators and X-ray tubes, Testing  and Fault finding  PCB and power supplies. Perform FDA compliance tests and all the compliance Scan tests required of the X-ray machines so that it qualifies to go to the customer. I Assembly imaging cameras and test the electronics including power supplies for the detector which is the image receptor of the X-ray machine. 

I have two years of experience in ATM repairs; refurbishment and installations from working at Bytes managed solutions working as a Technician. My daily duties were diagnosing ATM parts problem, PCB’s
troubleshooting right down to component level and then repair and test. ATM parts assembling and de assembling. Running and loading software

I have worked at the SABC for 14 months as an IT technician. My duties were desktop support and network administrator and software and hardware computer support. Electronic unit testing skills, Fault finding and
repairs, PCB assembly.

I have a valid driver’s license (code 10) and own transport. I am a hardworking and self-motivated person. I can handle any task given to me and produce it on time. I work well as an individual as well as in a team with excellent communication skills. I have excellent customer interaction skills. I can work very well under pressure and I can adapt to any shift and environment. I am willing to relocate and travel.
