Prudence Kgoete

i have completed a National Diploma in Operations Management at Tshwane University of Technology in 2014, in this field we design, control, solve problems, analyze and come up with new ideas for the organization to grow effectively. I currently studying bachelor in social work ans also registered with the council (SACSSP) for professional auxiliary social work. 

I worked With MerSETA (Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Serviee sector
Education and Training Authority) Head office as an intern for Quality Management System (QMS) Administrator; where my responsibilities includes the control of documanto, ISO 0001 Audit assessment, File validations, Raising non conformances, dealing with complaints and compliments.

I volunteered with Childline, Tembisa for community service about for child abuse campaign. I also worked With child welfare Kempton Park for social work practice. 

In addition to all this experiences, I gained considerable customer service skills, team buildings, time management and responsibilities. I have strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlöök and PowerPoint. I am confident that I Offer you the customer service, communication and problem solving skills you are seeking.

I worked with MerSETA head office as quality management system administrator for period of 12 months. I volunteered with child line Tembisa for community services and also worked at Child welfare Kempton Park.
