About Prudence De Villiers:

I have been working in the Customer division for over 5 years. I have been a Team Leader for over three years. I assist, handle, deal and resolve escalations from customers. I believe in turning a complaint into a compliment. I love being resourceful in everything that I do. 

I am passionate about working with different types of people, it has always been my strongest point. I love motivating my staff. I push for success, I love working towards a goal and achieving it. I believe in working smart and getting the job done. 

I am a problem solver. I am able to adapt to change. I work well on my own as well as in a team. 

Experience

I have worked in the Customer Servive division for over 5 years. Before that I worked as a collections inbound and outbound agent for about three years. 

I have gained excellent customer and telephone ettiquette.

My Customer Service career started in 2017 as an inbound agent. Here I learnt how to manage customer expectations and how to resolve their problems and also how to de-escalate. 

Altogether, I gained adkin experience as I was very eager to learn further in order to provide the customers a better experience. 

My Team Leader journey started in 2019 after being a product specialist for a year.  Here more responsibilities were added to my list, as I needed to manage Staff, educate them, train them, keep them motivated. 

 

 

Education

I matriculated in 2011.

I finished my N4-N6 at Northlink College from 2012 - 2013.
