My qualifications are Bcom Financial Management, Pgd in Business Management and Masters in Business Management.

• Preparation of Trial Balance from bank statements on Pastel Partner Evolution
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements according to IFRs
• Maintenance of Fix asset registers and journal entries
• Monthly Vat and PAYE SARS submissions
• Vat and Income tax registrations with SARS
• Emp reconciliations and Irp5 easyfile submissions
• Provisional and Income tax submissions and attending to SARS audits and verifications
• Tax clearance and SARS public officer appointments
• Attending to annual Attorney Trust Audits, payments due and submission of the rule 21 reports to the Legal practice council
• Submissions to EAAB reports of Estate Agents and adhering to Audit procedures
• Ensuring Corporate Governance is practised and the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 is maintained ensuring each entity is compliant. In addition to the act an holistic view of the King lll report.
• Intervivo Trust formation and amendments to trustees and beneficiaries
• Cipc registration of companies and director amendments
• Cipc annual returns submissions
• Cipc company restoration of deregistered entities
• Maintenance of minute books and shareholders registers on Greatsoft
• Monthly debit orders with BDB data Bureau
