I have over two years’ experience in the health and wellness industry and I was trained at health and wellness directorate to train and educate staff and peers (students). Having worked my way up to Deputy Chair Person, I’m ready for new in health and wellness industry, and see this position as the perfect role to help me achieve this.

Throughout my previous positions I Successfully managed Peer mobilization for a large university with over 5,000 students, resulting in a 15% increase in overall engagement into care and support adherence to treatment by providing client centered individual and group level skills build activities. Actively participate in mapping, actively identify the needs to refer client, and maintain relationship with health services manager, indoor managers, owners and other gate keepers or stakeholders.

In my previous role as Peer Educator at Tshwane University of Technology, I was responsible for developing and implementing educational and social programs goal towards education of wellness, alcohol, sexual health and other drug issues which resulted in an 18% client participation in health lifestyle choices. The main objective was to conduct outreach activities in the community of people who injected drugs by providing current accurate health information, proving HIV counseling. I am confident that I can bring this level of success with me to your organization and help Anova Health Institute build upon their reputation as one of the biggest names in South Africa.
