I received star performer of the month in April 2022 at Absolute Pets where I ended up being tasked to mentor junior sales associates whilst assisting store managers with day-to-day administration of various branches that I worked in. During my time at Absolute Pets Tablebay branch, we exceeded our monthly target in October 2022 and the store made a record breaking +R1 million rand for the first time. My team also won several inter store promotional competitions. Whilst working at Absolute Pets Canal Walk West as second in charge, the store exceeded annual revenue growth target by 12% in 2021.

At Jack Friedman Jewelers Canal Walk I also have a sterling track record where my sales contributed to store making targets. My mystery shopper score was graded as excellent which won my branch the best service provision award in Canal Walk Shopping Mall for which management greatly commended my work. The commission structure at Jack Friedman Jewelers enabled me to realize how good I was with upselling skills.

I hold  certificate in accounting with the Southern Africa Association of accountants. The modules I majored include Financial accounting , business communication, Marketing , HR management , and Business management.
