I have worked at pharmacy direct at call centre department dealing with chronic medication, my duties was answering the calls and solve patients query, data capturing, confirming rightful medication and  patients deliveries. My skills are best customer service, patience, fast thinker and problem solver, working dependently and have solution. My passion was as dealing with people who have chronic condition u will be dealing with problem after problem, angry patient and frastrated that's where I loved it most calming them down and provide better solution to their frastruation
