Prabashni Reddy

My name is Prabashni Reddy. I am 39 years and from Durban South Africa. I am an ex-employee of Berry Astrapak. I started my journey 18 years ago as an Internal Sale representative. During my employment I was fortunate to have studied a different aspect of the business which was Production scheduling and Planning. Once I completed, I continued my role, and I advanced to Customer Services co Ordinator. This is my ultimate passion, and I decided to pursue it. I have completed many training courses in subjects that has further advanced my knowledge and skills as a Customer Service co Ordinator. 

I am a high achiever. I have developed strong customer service skills by handling customer complaints and providing solutions.  I am an attentive listener. I always ensure I learn the company’s products, services and policies. This enables me to provide accurate information to the customer. I am willing to always go the extra mile in ensuring the best customer satisfaction. I am patient, efficient and always maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. I also have a highly organized work ethic.
