I am a qualified Industrial Engineer who is determined and eager to learn new things. I am flexible, proactive, vibrant and hard working. I am based in the Supply Chain Department and I am passionate to progress within the department and continue with academics for growth and development in the field of Supply Chain. 

My past roles and experiences have equipped me a range of workplace skills such as relationship building, communication and teamwork. I can collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead projects teams and ultimately deliver client focused results on time and within budget. 

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan the call offs in line production needs.
• Manage procurement plan accuracy and ensure materials on time deliveries and monitor supplier performance.
• Plan and manage material receipt
• Interact with logistics method in parameters definition
• Visits suppliers on a regular basis.
• Ensure that invoices are processed and suppliers are paid on time
• Escalate in case of supplier’s major issues and work on corrective action plan with supplier development team and buyers.
• Communicate on a daily basis with suppliers sharing procurement plan and challenging supplier's commitments.
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and setup supplier pull system.
• Assist with stock takes and cycle count when required.
• Analyse and escalate the requirements of the commodity, including preliminary documentation and the date the commodity is needed.
• Perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes, reducing cost as a necessary positive growth.
• Participate in cross functional team daily meetings sharing parts visibility and recovery plans.
