 I hold a National Diploma in Management services with distinctions in my final year from the University of Johannesburg.

I am an operation Specialist at Absa Bank South Africa. I have wealth of experience in Banking and Finance. I have been in a banking industry for more than 10 years, where my responsibilities were amongst other than Answering Telephones, Assisting client on the Telephone banking, Internet banking, General enquiries on banking profiles and transferring them to relevant department. Having worked for Banks like FNB Home loan and Premier Banking. African Bank for a few years, I have narrowed down my options and found a niche within the banking sector that suits me and now I am looking to increase my skill sets and knowledge to be competitive for this advanced position.

I have extensive knowledge in financial planning and compliance monitoring. I have excellent communication skills both oral and written. I also pride myself in taking accountability, Ubuntu, innovative and respect
