I am currently specializing in Marine Electronics Navigation including RF and satellite communication. 

Assist local and international clients with technical enquiries. by email, telephone including person visit when required. Guide service coordinator to coordinate technical enquiries with clients via email and telephone. Prepare service and sales quotes, availability and arrangement of spare parts, availability of technician and verify date of attendance by liaising with local agents. Ensure service quality and standard is maintained and delivered for all services. Ensure safety & health procedures are followed at all times. Liaise with technical stuff to ensure planning prior attendance. Check at technical stuff training requirements, ensure training and approval certificates are up to date. Ensures company manufacture and class approval certificates are up to date. Coordinate class society audits and renewal of approval certificates. Receives & verify service reports from attending technicians. Immediately provide feedback to clients upon completion of services. Also attend vessels, when possible, upon completion of service to meet clients or representatives to ensure customer satisfaction. Deal with customer complaints and non-conformances to ensure a continuous improvement on our procedures and processes. Ensures invoices are issued to the clients timeously. Record all technical enquiries and service reports for building customer profiles. Manage stock level items, verifies costing and set recommended prices. Reporting to Operations Manager in Cape Town. Ensure company policies are adhered to. Responsible for client engagement and marketing of the company & assist sales department by visiting the vessels & communicate to clients the services rendered by company.

I have done B-Tech in electrical engineering and also recently completed post graduate diploma in Project Management
