About POLITE MATSHAVA:
My name is POLITE MATSHAVA, born and bread in Musina but currently reside in Polokwane. I completed my LLB HOUNOURS DEGREE at the University of Venda in 2016. I am self-employed and duly qualified to practice as an advocate of the HIGH COURT, since 2018 to date. I have four years of experience in consultation and representing clients in litigation on both civil and criminal cases. I spend much of time doing research and studying case laws as well as drafting summons, high court pleadings, affidavits etc. I have a code 10 driver's license.
Experience
- served pupillage under Advocate Pesulo's Chambers for 2years from 2018 to 2020. My duties were consulting and representing clients in both civil and criminal cases. drafting summons and affidavits.
- After serving pupillage, I opened my own office at home. My brief mostly from Attorneys were to represent clients in litigation on both civil and criminal cases, doing research and studying case laws as well as drafting summons, high court pleadings, affidavits, formal bail application etc.
- Due to lack of clients and brief from Attorneys was employed part time as an assistance teacher for 10monthes from 2021 November to 2022 August at Maroi combined School, teaching English and History.
- I am currently self-employed as an Advocate mostly representing Logistics companies on drafting memorandum of incorporation, as well as explaining the different types of shares. Interpreting and drafting contracts.
