   The goal is to be innovative in a safe productive manner that contributes to lower risks and better performance of teams and equipment that includes health and safety principles needed to allow a safe environment for everyone to be productive. Open-minded and creative with a passion to deliver a high standard of craftsmanship on time. I do have all the skills from personal strength, job orientation and planning, use of tools and equipment, communication, and respect for co-workers. Never leave a task uncompleted that included paperwork and report to my superior.

During my apprenticeship days, I learned every task became an example of your standards of craftsmanship. With my input with multi-type of improvements on projects with the help of colleagues and engineers, explains my experience of not playing the one-man band. Communication and inspections are vital for each task which includes production and safety meetings. Shortcuts are the recipe for failure.
