I started with Frankwen Forge in 2007 where I worked as pitman, ladle man, 1st smelter on the arc furnace and also in the lab.  I gained all-round experience in the foundry.  I have experience with moulding, fettling, converters, vacuum degassers.  My last position was as foundry foreman with Mitak (MIS Engineering).  There I was responsible for the team to execute all duties relating to the smelting.  I worked on induction furnaces.  I also have experience with shotblasting.
