The restaurant industry is my passion and I have been working in the industry for 23 years. I can honestly say that I am well equipped and knowledgeable when it comes to managing and maintaining a well-run restaurant. I am excellent at decision making and able to perform under pressure. I work closely with wine farms in the Stellenbosch area for procurement for our restaurant.
