• Processing payments to stakeholders and Deposit;
• Receipting of accounts ,auctions, opening new accounts for attorney and individuals on Systems of Sheriffs (SOS);
• Receipting the received payment from Business and Trust;
• Updating Accounts (details & credit limits);
• Offsetting of accounts on Systems of Sheriffs;
• Attending to the payment of salary/allowances, completing bank deposit instructions and /or posting of payment notification/advice/for non-negotiable cheques;
• Compiling Payroll Register and managing employees salary;
• Issuing salary advices to all employees;
• Credit Notes;
• Allocating Payments on Accounts;
• Issuing Final Demands and Summons on overdue accounts;
• Collecting debts on the monthly basis;
• Serving  court documents;
• Responding to accounts queries from internal and external clients.
