Phumelele Ngcongo

By way of introduction my name is Phumelele Ngcongo. I am a Learning and Development professional with a high focus on professionalism, work ethic, building relationships, adding value and delivering results. I am passionate about Skills Development, making a difference in people's lives. I intimately familiar with the ins and outs of Learning and Training Development, I have over 10 years of experience in the field. 

10 years of project management and the Learning, Training and Development field. I have extensive experience in running short skills, Learnership and apprenticeships. In my previous roles, I have gained extensive experience in coordinating support services, maintaining confidential records, liaising with students and academic staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning support programs. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students. I have mostly been in services but recently joined skills development in the construction industry.
