I am a financial, project accountant, Financial Manager and Regional Financial manager professional who has been working within different sectors for the past 16 years with both local and international organization in different roles including, management. In the different roles that I have been placed in, one has learnt the ability to be pro-active, and being decisive in decision making. I had an opportunity to work with high level individuals such as the CFO in preparing EXCO and Board reports while I support 27 Country offices within Middle East, Europe and Africa. It is within this space that one learnt about support, consultancy to ensure best practice within financial management, business planning, financial analysis, and being decisive. My experience of dealing with high level of pressure sets me apart from some of my peers and makes me a dynamic individual, who is adaptable. My professional life is not only limited to the private sector, however, it goes as far as nongovernmental sector, where one played a very critical role in compliance and Financial Management. This was a leadership role that required one to understand people. As a result, one is constantly leaning about people management in general and the contribution this can make in ensuring collaboration.  I am a strong advocate of collaborative in both business and private life and I will continue to learn more about emotional intelligence.

I would like to be part of the organization in attaining organizational objectives and giving support within Grants Management space.

Having worked with Habitat For Humanity ,have a privilege of being exposed to highly impoverished communities who needed intervention on a basic necessity such as housing  .I am forever motivated by the kind of work that brings me closer to societies , hence I feel that I will fit in to your organization .

I am a dedicated and a loyal person in nature and highly experienced in the Finance environment and believe that I will be of value to your organization. At the same time, I am very flexible and easily adaptable. My experience working in the corporate and the NPO environment has provided me with that blended knowledge that will be beneficial to the organization.
