About Phillipine Maleka:

I am an experienced Ecommerce dashboard and telesales controller. My day to day tasks included but not limited to the daily management of orders and customer queries. I ensured that orders were properly allocated to pickers for efficiency and made sure that the packers boxed all orders correctly before being sent out to customers. My skills include: 1. Problem-solving, 2. exceptional customer service, 3. Query solving, 4. Data capturing, 5. Reporting, 6. Delivery coordination, 7. Team player, 8. Communication, 9. Time management, 10. Team leading. 

My experience working in a retail sector made me understand  the signicance of good customer service and always go an extra mile for the company for great customer experience.  I am young, energetic and have got the will to learn new things. I believe I can excel in any role I am placed in. I am currently unemployed and actively seeking employment. I am available to start immediately.
