Phillip Konopi

I am a passionate safety personnel,  i love trying fields to enhance my knowledge as I believe growth is important. I always want to add value and preserve lives of people. I live continuous improvement within organizations.  I value education and training employees whom I am working with and love to build a good working relationship with all levels from management to ordinary persons. 

I began my journey in construction fraternity, I have been part of civil works build mining underground silos, workshops and short crete. I also build surface silos and brickwork. I been part of renovating schools and roadworks in different provinces. I am currently in a different field in coal sector, doing minerals processing including washing, crushing and screening on coal plants.  I am a diverse safety professional who quickly adapts to any field to enforce compliance within the working environment.

I have obtained certificates on samtrac, comsoc 1 and 2, Risk Management, environmental management, ISO 45001(Cum laude), Icam. I intend to complete Iso 9001 and 14001
