I am a qualified Toolmaker but have also worked as Fitter and Turner. I have extensive experience and have done specialized welding courses. I have implemented safety protocols, trained staff in maintenance procedures. I am able to think out of the box for solutions am able to fabricate custom mechanical components to enhance operations. I am self trained in cnc design and always eager to learn and improve my skills.
Experience
I have worked mostly in the Automotive manufacturing industry (15 years) but also in the manufacturing industry of pharmaceutical products as well as general engineering of parts. I worked as part of maintenance and for a brief period of a year also took on the role of workshop supervisor but due to family issues had to relocate back to East London.

Completed my Trade Certificatd qualification as Tool, Right and Die maker in 1994
Completed various courses in Electro Pneumatics; Hydraulic Maintenance; Specialized Welding; working at Height; Operation of Mobile Elevating Work Platform; Operation of counter balanced lift truck; Operation of Advanced Defined Purpose Lift Trucks as well as an A+ service technician course
