I‘m a project manager in a renewable energy industry. I have 12 years of experience in projects.

• Develop project and implementation plan, develop, and manage risk registers for the programme.
• Overall planning, execution, monitoring of the NSWH programme in Sol Plaatje and Emthanjeni municipality, (Northern Cape),
• Management of the project team (Project Coordinator, Quality Assurance Analyst, Community Liaison Officer) and the Installation companies.
• Management of external and internal stakeholders such as Municipalities, Service providers, Manufacturing Companies, DEL and EWSETA.
• Planning and management of Procurement place orders and expedite delivery, budget planning and Cost control.
• Setting and conduct meetings with all stakeholders (Community, Municipality, etc.) for progress update.
• Conflict and dispute resolution, asset and stock management for all the municipal storage sites managing the Data Base Management System (DBMS).
• Conduct project meetings with clients and other stakeholders and draft minutes of the meetings, site progress inspection, progress reporting to the Project Steering Committee.
• Review and authorise invoices from all service providers, assist HR in conducting interviews to identify the competent candidates to be part of the project team
