• Sourcing and Procuring Fleets, Parts and Equipment from multiple suppliers.

• Cross functional collaboration with different experts and suppliers
• Communicating effectively with both contractors and subcontractors to ensure a clear
understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain compliance matrices to track regulatory requirements and ensure
timely compliance.
• Monitor and review compliance issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain a compliance monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance.
