• Asset management: Ensuring the fleets comply with service requirements and dates.
• Account Management: Following up on debtors and ensuring payments are fulfilled on
the company’s diesel account.
• Route Planning: scheduling and monitoring fleets and operators. Ensuring deliveries are
completed on time.
• Reviewing production, doing performance analysis, and continuously improving areas
with poor performance.
• Sourcing and Procuring Fleets, Parts and Equipment from multiple suppliers.

• Maintain a compliance monitoring program to identify areas of non-compliance.
