I am enthusiastic person who wants to develop necessary skills and qualities to have a successful career and future. I am a hard worker, organized, transparency and highly motivated qualities are the features to my ability to work well with people of different cultures 
and beliefs. I am working at Cape Peninsula University in the department of Computer and Telecommunication Services where I am working as a Service Desk Analyst in desktop support. I am supporting the staff and students with Microsoft Office 365, computer imaging, connecting to printers, Wi-Fi connection, hardware and software incidents and Microsoft Azure Multi factor Authentication. I would like to shift my focus into the department of data and work as a Data Analyst/Systems Analyst. I do have skills of ERP systems and design and database principles where I was creating tables using SQL queries and also analyzing the Gantt chart. I would appreciate if I can be given this opportunity to prove my skills that I have gained from my studies and be an expert in the future.

I am a passionate, skilled and qualified computer professional. I have recently completed my studies in Computer Systems Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am currently employed by the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Computer and Telecommunication Services (CTS) department as the end user computing technician intern.
My professional experience as a Computer Technician has helped me gain knowledge in providing first-level support to computer users by researching and answering their questions, resolving their problems and providing other resources. My good leadership and communication skills with clients help me strive in my roles.

I have recently completed with my studies in Computer Systems Engineering at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am majoring in Programming(Java), Database Principles and Network Systems. Now I am currently pursuing a qualification in Application Development where I am focusing in Software engineering development cycle.
